Common questions
How is WebSwitch priced?
Plans are sized by the number of links you create each month, not by how many users your app has. Foundation is $1 a month for 10 links, Business is $10 for 100 and Pro is $50 for 1,000.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your account at any time through our website. Plans are billed in advance and unused time in a billing cycle is not refunded.
What happens when I reach my monthly link limit?
You can keep using the links you have already created. To create more in the same month, move to a larger plan, or contact us if your volume does not fit any plan and we will work out something that does.
How does platform-aware routing work?
Each link can have a destination for iOS, Android, other mobile devices and desktop, plus a fallback. When someone opens the link we pick the most specific destination for their device.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Every plan includes at least one custom domain, with up to 5 on Business and 10 on Pro. Custom slugs need a custom domain.
Is there an API?
API access is included with the Business and Pro plans so you can create and manage links and their routes from your own systems.
How do I get help?
Use the contact page and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
